RXSOL-81-8154-210  is composed of chelating agent, dispersant, pretreatment filming and surfactant. The chelating agent can chemically adsorb ferric and calcium, forming a hard film on metal surface.

RXSOL-81-8154-210 Corrosion Inhibitor main characteristic feature is this product doesn't have non-emulsifying tendencies.

It has the advantages of quick filming, film homogeneization, chemical stable and low corrosion ratio. It can be used as pretreatment filming agent for equipment and pipeline of new system or after heavy repair. RXSOL-81-8154-210 is not affected by copper and ferric ions in water system.

The dosage of 200-500mg/L is preferred. Pretreatment filming time for cold state is 48-72 hours, and for heat state is 24-48 hours.

In oil and gas production systems RXSOL-81-8154-210 Corrosion Inhibitor (Preteratment Filming Agent) is a strong film forming  corrosion inhibitor.

It is a blend of partially neutralized amines and volatile amines in an aqueous based solvent system, It can use by continuous injection into oil production flowlines.
